(Doha, Qatar) Looking for an Operations Manager for a luxury hotel & resort.

About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible to assist General Manager to direct the operational development and progress of the hotel and manage overall standard and service implementation and improvement.
 
Responsibility: 
• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Operations is performing against budget.
• Works with direct reports to determine areas of concern and establishing ways to improve the departments’ financial performance.
• Provide clear leadership for quality initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Support and work with all team of department heads in all aspects of running the hotel.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with the entire team of department heads daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and any employee issues.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
